We held our Torch League outreach in a community one hour down the mountain (quite the truck ride) from Ban Zebrae. This is our fifth year of the outreach and we moved it to this new community since they have no Christian community in this area. We shared the Christmas story prior to starting and passed out the story of Jesus in comic form to everyone in attendance. We had over 480 players from around the region, some travelling up to five hours away. The total attendance was close to 700. One comment that stood out was from the local school director, “We have never had a Christian event in our community. We hope you will do again soon.”
