We kicked off Torch League tonight.

This is our big community engagement event. We had 150 players plus their supporters engaged in this tournament. Because of the engagement and traffic we bring, the field we use agreed to help sponsor to reduce our costs.

We put two teams into the tournament. The first is our main team which has been with us for five years. (They were the champions in the last tournament). The second is a new group made up of the guys currently in the Mission: 300 program. This is a critical part of their development. For they are tested in leadership, overcoming, and continued discovery of what they are capable of doing.

It is the tournament that provides a real world testing in an environment where they can fail and learn to get up and move forward. It also provides opportunity on how to learn to host an event. As we incorporate our participants in the setup and operations of the tournament.
